At Nohea, every piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner serviceability.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • Nohea is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our jewellery, all sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once an item has been purchased.
  • Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or return.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or return for a damaged item:

  • Email us at nohea@rajoverseas.co.in with:

    Clear images or videos of the damaged product

Your order number

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once verified and approved, Nohea will arrange a replacement or return as applicable.

Products damaged due to wear, mishandling, or use after delivery will not be eligible.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and do not qualify as defects.
  • Sale items, customised pieces, and discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
